In 2007, Judy Ivey founded Exclusive Realty after nearly 20 years as a partner of another Carmel property management business. Judy’s integrity along with her eye for special properties and exceptional customer service earned her the reputation as a top travel concierge and vacation property manager in Carmel.

In 2025, Makenna Covington purchased Exclusive Realty from Judy. Makenna’s background as a client-centric commercial broker and her family’s deep expertise in California residential real estate made her the perfect successor.
